I’m an internationally trained dermatologist and researcher with the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi, with over a decade of clinical and academic experience across Korea, the United States, and the Middle East.
My research has been published in JAAD and JAMA Dermatology, and my work has taken me from the WHO’s global health initiatives to the Winter Olympics medical team.
My focus is on translating clinical science into meaningful skin results. I look at how balanced formulations, effective ingredient absorption, and the thoughtful use of devices can work together—and how that approach can become part of everyday skincare.
As a dermatologist, I look beyond the ingredient list. I care about how ingredients work together in a balanced formula, how effectively they are absorbed into the skin, and what that means for actual skin results. These are the same considerations that guide my clinical practice.
That’s why I see skincare and devices as parts of one routine. Choosing the right device to complement a well-formulated product is an important part of my approach. CAREMENT brings these elements together in an at-home routine, and that connection is what drew me to the brand.
